Production
Standard lead time is approximately 30 days, depending on order size and complexity.

Product Variation
All items are handcrafted. Slight variations in color, shape, and detail may occur.

Custom Orders
Custom and OEM orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.
Design approval is required before production.

Shipping
We ship worldwide. Responsibility is covered in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Intellectual Property
Client-provided designs remain the property of the client.
Thaivetro designs may not be reproduced without permission.
